There are different offers to see Stockholm from the water. Hop on-hop off-boats, the Strömma-sightseeingboats and new since 2022: Sightseeing Ride. They use small electric boats and can therefor also go to places other boats can't. They offer two different tours: The Sightseeing Ride: A tour with live-comments that shows you the most important spots and you learn about some historical and fun facts about the city. As there are different guides, no ride is ever the same which makes it more fun in my opinion. The tour lasts about an hour, you can chose to sit in the sun or the shadow and it is very entertaining. By the was: no worries when it rains and you've already reserved: They can close the boat and you are sheltered and still can see outside! This tour takes place on most days between 11h and 17h every hour at Skeppsbron (where all the sightseeing-boats leave). And there is The Music Ride that takes place mostly on weekends at 18h. There are musicians on board and you can enjoy music during the ride. This tour lasts about two hours and also drives through Djurgårdsbrunnskanalen which is beautiful.
